Racks Customer Support

Before placing your first order, you must register on our website. Registration is a simple and quick process. You must add the products you want to your shopping cart. Once you have all the products added, simply finalize the order by indicating the delivery and billing address as well as the shipping method. For security reasons, the cash on delivery method is not available on first orders.

You must contact us to change your order. If the order is still on our premises, we will change it.

If your order is incomplete due to a stock outage, Racks.pt will immediately send you what is available. The rest of the material will be sent as soon as it arrives from our suppliers, without any additional costs or postage. Under these conditions, the customer will always be notified at the time of the first shipment.
